Just heard rumor, not sure it’s true and I haven’t been able to verify it. If you email the canal transit authority at www.pancanal.com you can request they zoom into the vessel Stray Catz with the web cam at the Miraflores locks. Let them know we’re scheduled for tomorrow afternoon. 2-4?
